The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has successfully organized a team-building event under the theme “Uniting Generations through Timeless Values and a Shared Vision.”
Bringing together employees representing different generations, the event provided a platform for open and constructive dialogue around SOFAZ’s corporate values. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants explored how these values are understood, applied, and interpreted across different generations within the organization.
The event underscored the importance of mutual respect, continuous learning, and shared commitment to SOFAZ’s mission as key pillars of strengthening the Fund’s institutional culture.
