Ms. Nigar Azizova, Manager of the Investment Department at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), has contributed as an expert to the Sovereign Impact Report 2025, prepared by the Center for the Governance of Change (CGC) at IE University.
Her contribution focused on the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into SOFAZ’s investment portfolio, as well as the Fund’s role in the context of COP29.
The CGC is a research center at IE University that examines the implications of global transformations for society, the economy, and public policy.
