Israfil A. Mammadov appointed as an Executive Director of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan

In accordance to paragraph 32, article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan it is hereby decreed:

Israfil Aydin oglu Mammadov is hereby appointed the Executive Director of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
