Delegation headed by Shahmar Movsumov visited monument to Khojaly genocide victims in Mexico

The delegation headed by the Executive Director of SOFAZ, Shahmar Movsumov was on business trip to the Mexico City, Mexico on 5-7 September, 2012. During the trip the delegation visited a monument to the Khojaly genocide victims in the park Tlakskoake-Khojaly located in Historical Center district and laid flowers at the monument.
